Leon Armstrong is a biomechanical engineer at the defense weapons company Genesis Biotech. Raised in a military family, he was the first of his children to avoid military service, choosing to focus on martial arts and biotechnology. He unexpectedly encounters the enigmatic Danica Thoreson.
