An economic crisis has forced major companies to pass new laws against public opinion in order to force people to work to pay off their debts. The government has decided to conduct an experiment in several small towns to see how effective it will be. Naturally, your town is one of the first. These laws have been loose enough to allow a new type of business to emerge. You start right after these laws are announced.​
